This effect is a magic circle generator tool for UE4, designed to be as user friendly as possible. The tool itself allows for the creations of several "levels" to the effect, 3 flat planes, 1 shape layer, and a particle system. Each level is independent and self contained, allowing for customization without the user encountering errors or dependencies.
The tool also has 8 pages of detailed documentation on the use and inner workings of the tool, a video tutorial, and 3 possible installation methods (also detailed in the documentation and tutorial). The goal was to make a "user proof" tool that allowed even an entirely inexperienced user to install, manage, and create a wide range of simple, expandable magic circles without concern.
